Packing for your upcoming cruise tends to be the most stressful part of your journey. We all want to look our best right? We would like to help.
After years of travel experience, we have compiled a list of the essentials to make sure your cruise gets started with a bang, and as stress-free as possible.
Your Vacation Story is Waiting to be Told
Here is What to Expect
Step 1
First – Schedule your complimentary 30-minute Cruise Group Planning Session. The session can be over the phone or video conference. Schedule your appointment using the ‘Book Now’ button at the top of the page, or click here to get started now.
After your Cruise Group Planning Session, we will have your vision clearly in mind and have all of the details to begin planning.
Step 2
Next – Research & Approval. After we complete an agency agreement, and gather the applicable group development or planning fees we’ll begin researching and developing your group’s vacation package.
Then, after 7 to 10 business days we’ll meet, either over the phone or via video-conference to review your options and allow you to make any final approvals or adjustments to the package.
That will lead to your final package approval, which is when we’ll begin making reservations and deposits on your behalf with the selected vendors. We will also forward all provided confirmations, and establish payment plans as needed.
Step 3
Finally – Group Progress reports will be provided at least monthly to the group ‘captain’. To ensure everyone in your group is accounted for, necessary progress payments & decisions are made, and documentation is received or delivered well in advance of any vendor/ governmental deadlines.
All necessary details are communicated via email, or phone with the group captain so the group status is maintained with all vendors.
All final confirmations and other deliverables are provided to each individual in the group via email and the group captain to ensure receipt.
