Meet Your Travel Agent

I’m Tim Kersting – the principal Travel Agent and CEO of Untold Adventures Travel, Inc. Untold Adventures Travel is a boutique travel agency that works with friend & family groups to create memorable experiences while they maximize their time together on the most luxurious cruise vacations the Mexican Riviera & Caribbean have to offer. I’m passionate about curating opportunities for your group to deepen individual relationships while creating life-long memories together.

I come from a large family and I enjoy spending time with them like most people. I am the middle of 7 siblings and I grew up in the kitchen with my mom, who is my favorite cook. I have fond memories of helping her cater weddings and other events. No doubt, this is where my passion for hospitality came from as I developed my love for organizing and coordinating group functions.

I also have a circle of supporters who have become my second family. My wife and I have loved organizing group outings, tailgate parties, and vacations with our family and friends, which is why we’ve made group travel our focus within Untold Adventures Travel.

I can’t thank you enough for stopping by and considering Untold Adventures Travel for your vacation planning needs. As I mentioned above, I am a travel agent who works with family & friend groups to create memorable experiences and maximize their time together on the most luxurious cruise vacations that the Mexican Riviera & Caribbean have to offer.

I am passionate about curating organic opportunities for your group to deepen relationships and create life-long memories.

Packing for your upcoming cruise doesn’t have to stress you out. We all want to look our best right?

After years of travel experience, we have compiled a list of the essentials to make sure your cruise gets started with a bang, and as stress-free as possible.

Because tomorrow is not guaranteed, I have come to live by the motto:

Travel Agent, Tim Kersting

                               “Make today your best yesterday!”

This isn’t to mean that I believe you should live in an irresponsible, or even immoral way, rather I believe you should be actively making great memories for and about yourself, especially when it can serve your higher purpose.

Like most entrepreneurs, I come from a background of varied opportunities and experiences, successes and failures, and even vocations. All of which has prepared me for this season of life. It’s when I am in the service of others that I am most joyful and at my best.

Case and point, before stepping into travel full-time, I started, grew, and ran a successful swimming pool maintenance business in the San Francisco Bay Area for the better part of two decades, and before that, I worked in the medical devices field as a R &D machinist. I also enjoyed a brief stop in real estate sales and even learned how to be a recreational league softball umpire.

With all that varied experience I have found that I am at my personal best when I can clearly identify how I am helping others become the best versions of themselves.

This is why I love working with travel groups.

Each group I work with has a reason to travel that is greater than the sum of its parts. When you consider that each individual, or family, within the group, has their reason why they need to be on that vacation. And of course, the group as a whole also has their reason to be together. I am the most fulfilled when I can serve both of those purposes.

In addition, I believe that the most widespread value and inspiration I can provide is private to my email list. Many of our clients value the group insights, market trends, and destination ideas they have received and have turned those into some very memorable group vacations. Get instant access here, and you’ll even receive a nice gift just for joining – a copy of my unpublished newsletter on my favorite cruise line cuisine, some of which may surprise you.
