Untold Adventures Travel creates luxury itineraries for each client we work with. We become as excited about your vacation as you do because we value your trust and take our dedication to bespoke travel itineraries very seriously.
At Untold Adventures Travel, our itineraries result from your dream outcome, that you shared during your Caribbean Cruise Group Planning Session, and our travel planning experience and expertise. Since our itineraries aren’t pre-canned we invest a substantial amount of time, and resources into creating a unique experience for your group.
As a result of the customization of each proposed itinerary, we ensure each client, or group, that we work with will benefit from the specialties that we offer.
After your initial Cruise Group Planning Session, we’ll execute a new ‘client services agreement’ and finalize the agreement with a Group Development Fee, and/or a Booking Fee.
Upon executing a new ‘client services agreement’ and collecting related fees we then become YOUR Travel Agent.
That’s when we shift our focus to bringing your vacation vision to life.
Travel Planning Fee
Untold Adventures Travel takes our role as your Agency seriously. By charging a Group Development Fee and/or a Booking Fee, we can focus the necessary time and expertise on your itinerary to curate luxurious cruise and all-inclusive experiences and provide exceptional value as a result.
The fee we collect is reflective of the value, luxury, and peace of mind we bring to our clients, ultimately saving you time, effort, and potential challenges during the travel planning process.
By employing a fee-based agency you elevate your own expectations and can trust that we are working for you without the distraction of seeking our next commission.
Why Does Untold Adventures Travel Charge a Fee?
The fee we receive compensates us for the work we do on your behalf, fees are non-refundable, regardless of trip outcome.
All of the time spent researching destinations, compiling quotes, confirming reservations, working with suppliers and other vendors, reviewing all the terms and conditions, as well as our years of expertise, and utilizing our industry relationships are all things we do that are unique to your vacation.

Family Cruise
Ideal for single-family units, or small groups of friends traveling in the same room.
Group size: between 1 and 2 staterooms (accommodation units) on a premier cruise line, or within the exclusive collection of a high-end cruise line.
Inclusions:
- Caribbean Cruise Group Planning Session
- 1 round of revisions as needed for the itinerary plan
- $150 for additional revisions
- Securing, managing, and linking bookings for Cruise,
- pre and post-cruise hotels,
- air
- transfers to the embarkation port and from the debarkation port
- Onboard activities and reservations. (availability varies by itinerary and date of booking, and frequent sailing club status)
- pre-departure call & Itinerary review with each stateroom (or lead guest if all guests are of the same household)
- Travel support during your trip
Family Cruise Itinerary Development fee: no charge
Booking fee (🗹): $200 for each accommodation unit (stateroom/cabin) booked into the group’s itinerary.
🗹 2 accommodation units made up of guests from the same household will be included under the same booking fee. All others will be treated as separate units, even if itineraries overlap.
Small-Group Luxury Cruise
This is our most popular program. This is the best for family or friend groups looking for a way to vacation together, while still maintaining a degree of independence.
Your cruise is on a premier cruise line, or within the exclusive collection of a high-end cruise line.
Group Size: 3 to 8 staterooms (6 to 32 berths)
Inclusions:
- Caribbean Cruise Group Planning Session
- 2 rounds of revisions as needed for the itinerary plan
- $150 for additional revisions
- Securing, managing, and linking accommodation units for Cruise
- pre and post-cruise hotels,
- air
- transfers to the embarkation port and from the debarkation port
- Setting up onboard activities and reservations (availability varies by itinerary and date of booking, and frequent sailing club status)
- pre-departure call & Itinerary review with the lead guest
- Travel support during your trip
Small Group Itinerary Development fee (*): Starting at $500
Booking fee (*): $100 for each accommodation unit (stateroom/cabin) booked into that group’s itinerary.
2 accommodation units made up of guests from the same household will be included under the same booking fee.
If accommodation units aren’t traveling on the same itinerary, they are each considered individual travelers, even if parts of their itineraries overlap.
Small Group Itinerary Development fee: Starting at $500
* Non-refundable; The lead guest’s planning fee is included

Large-Group Luxury Cruise
For larger groups traveling together. This is a fantastic option for clubs, corporate retreats, faith-based groups, or any groups with a common theme.
Your group is on a premier cruise line, or within the exclusive collection of a high-end cruise line.
Group Size: 9 or more staterooms (32 berths or more)
Inclusions:
- Caribbean Cruise Group Planning Session
- 3 rounds of revisions as needed for the itinerary plan
- $150 for additional revisions
- Working with the selected cruise line to secure group spaces (lead time varies, but we recommend securing group space at least 9 months in advance)
- managing held group space and communicating monthly inventory updates
- pre and post-cruise hotels
- air
- transfers to the embarkation port from the debarkation port
- Setting up onboard activities and reservations (availability varies by itinerary and date of booking)
- pre-departure call & Itinerary review with group organizer
- email reminders for all guests
- Travel support during your trip
Large-Group Itinerary Development fee: starts at $800(* 🗹)
Booking fee (*): $100 for each accommodation unit (stateroom/cabin) booked into the group’s itinerary.
- If accommodation units aren’t traveling on the same itinerary, they are each considered individual travelers, even if parts of their itineraries overlap.
* non-refundable; The lead guest’s booking fee is included in the Group Itinerary Development Fee

Referral Program
If Untold Adventures Travel has brought value to your journeys, the greatest compliment you could pay us it to tell a friend about us.
We know that takes an incredible amount of trust, so we would like to reward that trust with $50 off your next planning fee for every referral that pays their own planning fee.
Referral discounts are stackable and could result in a waived planning fee.
Referral discounts will only apply the first time the referred traveler pays their fee. The discount is dependent on the referred traveler disclosing the source of the referral.
