We are a boutique travel agency. We specialize in working with groups to create memorable experiences while maximizing their time together on the most luxurious cruise and resort vacations that the Mexican Riviera & Caribbean have to offer.
We are passionate about curating organic opportunities for your group to deepen relationships and create life-long memories.
Go HERE to learn more about how we got started.
This means we are specialists in what we do.
Much as you might go to a department store to buy your socks, t-shirts, and jeans, but, when it comes to your finer clothing like a tailored suit, jewelry, or even makeup, you’ll head to a smaller boutique shop for a more refined experience and bespoke product.
You likewise may be comfortable booking online for small, less complex trips, since there is not much in the way of customization that’s needed.
However, when you’re bringing together a group cruise to the Caribbean or a family reunion in Talum, you’re aiming for a more elevated experience for the whole group. From which products you choose to the booking process. You don’t want to add to the complexity of the travel.
We start by scheduling a Caribbean Cruise Group Consultation to determine if we are what you’re looking for, and if you are the client for us.
If we decide to work together, we will then map out the entire process for you and the rest of your group.
Many believe that online booking engines are the end-all-be-all for booking travel.
But with time and attention being stretched to the limit, do you really have the available bandwidth to research destinations, properties, and activities, and have the confidence that you’ve arrived at the best choice for your budget and group?
By using us you are leveraging a professional who will advocate your you, negotiate on your behalf, and utilize industry connections that aren’t widely available to the public, even on mass-market booking sites.
We frequently obtain complimentary amenities for our clients, including upgrades, onboard cruise credits, bonus excursions and so much more that are never even offered by big box travel, and online travel agencies.
Additionally, when plans go sideways, reservations get lost or mixed up, we will work with you and for you until a resolution is found. When you work with us you have a direct phone number to your travel agent, there’s no call center, so there isn’t a new person on the other end of the line each time you call, as is the case with online booking sites.
No. Travel agents are very much still around and thriving.
Many are unaware that when they click on an online booking site, they are using an OTA or Online Travel Agency. So they are booking with a version of a travel agency without receiving the hands-on attention and follow-through of an actual Travel Agent.
Most travel product suppliers prefer selling their bookings through Travel Agencies like Untold Adventures Travel Agency because we specialize in their products and the case of Untold Adventures, we are a boutique agency so we have the bandwidth and attention to focus on your specific booking.
This allows you to receive the hands-on care you are looking for while receiving the best value available from your favorite suppliers. And very often we can obtain more competitive pricing for the services provided than can be received by booking direct or through OTA’s.

Simple! Book your 30-minute over-the-phone Caribbean Cruise Group Planning Session.
During the planning session you’ll share the vision that you have in mind for your group. We aim to fully understand not only the destination you have in mind but the ‘feel’ that you are going for. And don’t worry if you don’t have it all figured out, that’s our job.
Once we are aligned with your vision we’ll outline the next steps. If we decide to work together, we’ll put together a formal agreement, and then we will get to work making your vision come to life.
Then, pack your bags!
Untold Adventures Travel, like most reputable boutique travel agencies, charges a fee before we enter into a formal agency agreement with our clients.
Because of the specialized nature of each group we work with the fees are assessed before beginning work on your vacation.
These fees pay for our commitment of time and expertise for the research and planning of your vacation, in addition to the ongoing time to monitor any potential changes to your itinerary and coordinate follow-up contingencies.
Two types of fees may be charged, depending on the type of travel we are arranging on your behalf.
- Group Development fee: This fee is for groups larger than 8 staterooms / cabins or 16 passengers. This fee helps defray the time and resources required to hold space with various vendors who will often charge deposits to reserve space initially, which may or may not be refundable, and will typically charge cancellation fees if group space is canceled beyond the specific date in the contract. The group development fee is charged one-time at the beginning of the group’s planning process.
- Planning Fee: This fee is charged for each separate (family-group) accommodation unit, or room, (stateroom / cabin / hotel room / Airbnb) on a given itinerary. For organized groups, this fee is waived for the primary guest’s immediate family, or travel companions, that are occupying the same accommodation room, up to two rooms. Like the group development fee, the booking fee helps defray the cost of deposits required when reserving on a client’s behalf, which may or may not be refundable, and possible cancellation fees that are charged by vendors.
In short, when you pay a planning fee or a development fee, you are paying for a professional service, we become YOUR travel agent for the duration of the process, which means we work for you.
We accept Zelle, PayPal, and Venmo for your planning fee, which is paid directly to Untold Adventures Travel, Inc. and not part of your vacation package cost.
Click Here For more information about our fees.
In most cases, your travel will be paid directly to the travel supplier, such as ‘Oceania’, ‘Seabourn’ or ‘Hyatt’, etc. Acceptable forms of payment are dictated by the individual vendor, which is typically going to need to be paid by a major credit card.
Depending on the package type, we will collect your credit card through PCI-compliant means, or we’ll provide a direct link for you to input your credit card information directly. In some cases, we are only able to process a ‘hold’ for your reservation with your credit card and then the card will be charged when presented in person upon check-in.
In most cases, Untold Adventures Travel will only accept USD or CAD as currency.
